These are the earbuds I bought for my podcast show because they're hard wired, they stay in my ears, and have the loop over the ear to not get lost in the shuffle. I'm at the gym 3x/week for more than twice that amount of time, never mind going to the grocery store afterward.

When I heard my wireless earbuds could cause harm when used over 20 minutes at a time, I turned to wired earbuds and this fanny pack to hold my phone while tethered. It's pretty easy to get the phone in place and out again from the zippered compartment. It works great while I make the rounds in the gym and hit the treadmill at the end.

Palladio I'm Blushing 2-in-1 Cheek and Lip Tint
I love that I can use this on my cheeks and lips. After I heard that most powder products don't pass muster, I was glad to find this one with fairly decent ingredients. Easy to use apply to lips and go. Apply to cheeks from directly below the pupils to the side, following the cheekbone, then lightly rub in. Done.
Pacifica Pink Nudes Mineral Eyeshadow Palette, 10 Neutral Shades
As I was looking for a creamy eyeshadow, I can across this palette of wonderful nudes, ranked 1 of 10 on EWG for not having harmful ingredients.
Well People Expressionist Pro Mascara, Long-wear
It was a long search to find this EWG Verified mascara. Looking for a healthier option than the department store brand, I settled on a couple of other decently rated options, but they just didn't make me happy. Either they flaked off during the day (NO!) or they just clumped way too much. That was disappointing because I was hoping the well-rated $7 one would work. It didn't. This is $20 but worth it. I will stick with this one.
Almay All-Day Eyeliner Pencil, Hypoallergenic, Cruelty-Free, Smudge-Proof
Not quite EWG Verified, it ranks a 4, not great, but not the worst. I think I haven't bothered to find a better-ingredients version, because this eyeliner works so well for me. It goes on nicely and stays until I take it off.

After 40+ years of wearing mascara and eyeliner, I finally listened to those voices asking why you could still see my eyelashes at the root even with the products on. I got this to fill in the gaps. I use the purple eyeliner from Almay first, then apply the mascara. When that's dry, I'll take this eyeliner and create a very thin line right on the lower edge of my lid (on top of the purple, but the purple is wider so it extends above the black.) Lastly, I'll take the pen and hit those lash roots I can still see. Just kidding, lastly, I'll take my makeup remover wipe and remove any coloring outside the lines. (Not EWG Verified, nor Bobby Approved, but it works!)
Honest Beauty Moisturizing Vegan Tinted Lip Balm
I use this tinted moisturizer in between lipstick applications. Love the feel, not so greasy, with just a hint of color. EWG Verified!
Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Instant Perfector 4-In-1 Matte Makeup
With an EWG ranking of 1, this was a great choice, esp. for the price at just under $8. The coverage was good and didn't look too heavy. I still have it and might get more if I run out, but I couldn't keep my hands off my face, so I'm keeping it for special occasions. Never have been good at that and thankful I'm not in a Renaissance era where touching your face is not tolerated … oh, my! I switched to a face tanner for daily use.
USA Made with Natural & Organic Ingredients Face Tanner Lotion
Since I can't keep my hands off my face (always itchy with menopause and my hair touching it) I turned to this face tanner to use twice a week. Fairly good: Artificial Color Free, Fragrance Free, Non Toxic, Paraben Free, Sulfate Free. (Not EWG Verified, but their body tanning lotion is ranked a 1.) Make sure to follow directions. I use it before bedtime after my other skincare products. I read if you use a cold compress (or a bag of peas) for a minute before applying it keeps it out of your pores, which can darken. I already have some dark aging spots, which this product darkens more, but I just wipe the area after applying on my face or add a coverup over those patches. No big deal. I love it. So much better than picking foundation out of my nails every 15 minutes because of my itchy-scratching.

This was a long search in finding a makeup remover wipe that did the job well and was decent in ingredients. They are on a SkinSAFE list for being clean. And at just over $4 per pack, I'm loving them!
Well People Revitalizing Dew Snow Mushroom Eye Gel-Cream
I tried a number of under eye moisturizers before landing on this one. Well People is considered a clean ingredients company. It does not contain the usual nasty components.
The Honest Company Hydrating Face + Body Lotion
I use this face and body lotion only on my face after toner and before Estradiol lotion. It's a large container for the price and made with plant-derived ingredients, avoiding parabens, silicones, dyes, and synthetic fragrances (for the unscented version). Soft and smooth! Honest is known to make clean products.
Everyone 2-in-1 Lotion for Hands/Body
I use this body lotion after each shower from neck to toe. It is EWG Verified for it's great ingredients.
Egyptian Magic - All Purpose Face, Body, and Dry Skin Moisturizing Cream
One of my few splurges. I picked up this moisturizer after someone freaked me out about my Vaseline petroleum jelly I used for my feet, to keep the heels from cracking. I've enjoyed using it because it works well. Just rub into the areas of the feet prone to drying/cracking and put some socks on for at least one hour. I wear them to bed and the cream is completely soaked into my feet by then. I should have checked out the Vaseline further before jumping ship (if it ain't broke, don't fix it!). Vaseline ranks a 1 on EWG. Egyptian Magic is Bobby Approved. Vaseline is not Bobby Approved. #Quandary

Flowery Original Swedish Clover Red Foot File, Pedicure Foot Scrubber
My sister turned me on to this foot file. I use it twice a week in the shower on the finer grit side, then once a month or so with the larger grit to help with cracking feet. I use it along with the balm (Egyptian Magic ... just not at the same time.)
Pure Cold Pressed Castor Oil
I use this cold pressed and unrefined Castor oil mixed (50/50) with Coconut Oil instead of body lotion sometimes as a treat. It's ranked a 2 (fair) on EWG. There is another one that's EWG Verified but it's $10 more! #Quandrary
Viva Naturals Organic Coconut Oil
I use this coconut oil mixed (50/50) with the castor oil as a treat for my skin instead of body lotion from time to time. You can also use this coconut oil for cooking ... so much better for you than seed oils: vegetable/corn, canola, sunflower, etc. Make sure yours is cold pressed and unrefined, like this one and the castor oil listed on this page. When mixing with castor oil, make sure to use 1 cup coconut oil melted into liquid form over low heat ...DO NOT BOIL. Then 1 cup each into the 2 cup (16oz) bottle.

This product is perfect for after shaving or waxing if you get any ingrown hairs. I get them mostly in my underarm and bikini line. It's made with alcohol so there can be some initial stinging, but it sure clears it up quickly. It's not as highly ranked at EWG with a 3, but still "fair."
Adult Acnomel Acne Medication Cream
I love this lightly tinted zit cream. They get you coming and going, right?!?! I've used this for probably more than 20 years, when I used to have to order through the pharmacist. Now it's on Amazon!
Vigority Bioidentical Estriol Face Cream
Great for use after regular skincare routine. It's not stark results, but I feel it does soften lines. Enriched with natural ingredients such as Wild Yam, Kudzu Root, Soy Isoflavones, Ginseng, and Red Clover Flower. Natural products don't usually do much for me, but I've bought it before, and I'll buy it again.

Tom's of Maine Natural Wicked Fresh Alcohol-Free Mouthwash
We switch to this mouthwash which is supposed to not kill your mitachondria nor the mouth's good bacteria. I only use mouthwash once in a while, where the hubs uses it daily. We both like this one. It had a ranking of 2 on EWG.
ATTITUDE Deodorant for Sensitive Skin, Aluminum Free & Baking Soda Free
I went aluminum free with another brand, but have since learned that unless it's scented with essential oils, it's probably not good. I switched to this brand, which seems to be really good overall, let alone this deodorant ranked EWG Verified (the highest ranking!) I don't usually have much of sweating or odor problem, but this seems to work okay for me.
Amazon Basics Body Wash
for Sensitive Skin
This body wash was my next choice in trying to find one with better ingredients. It's a creamy consistency rather than the more clear gel type like your dishwashing soap. It's equivalent in Dove has an EWG ranking of 3.

I upgraded to this Bobby Approved duo, shampoo and conditioner. It doesn't foam very much, which my husband did not like, but I don't mind as much, knowing it's the foaming chemical that isn't so good for us. The shampoo cleans, the conditioner softens, what more could you want? Both for less than $20? Done!
Suave Max Hold 8 Non Aerosol Unscented Hairspray
Bobby Approved! (EWG ranked 2.) I went through a number of "clean" hairsprays, but none of them worked. I don't know how, but I stumbled onto this very inexpensive clean hairspray that actually holds my hair in place. More important these days with the menopausal itching!!! I know there's 12 in pack, but maybe you can share with family or girlfriends. The two packs offered have the clean unscented version and a not as clean version with fragrance--another way they go sideways in products with the chemicals.
CHI Tourmaline Ceramic Heated Round Brush, Ruby Red, 1.25"
I've used the round brush type curling irons for YEARS. This CHI curler seems to last a lot longer than the cheaper versions. They quit on me or the bristles feel out in under a year on a number of the others. I've had this CHI curler for over two years and it's still going strong.

This leave in conditioner works well and it's under $7. It's not perfect with an EWG ranking of 3 (fair) but I'm good with it.

In my late 30s I asked my mother if my hair looked duller, less shiney. She said, "Yeah, your brother and I were just discussing that." WHAT?!?! I immediately started coloring my hair, but it still didn't have that shine. My usual product disappeared during C*vid, but I eventually found my way to this cleaner version, but it's still not Bobby Approved and only has an EWG ranking of 3, but better than the last one. I get compliments on the shine now.

Thinning hair is another meno-wonder. I started to look like my father with his receding hairline. After price comparisons, I turned to this one. I noticed improvements after only 6 weeks. Recently I switched to a more expensive alternative using biotin and caffeine. It took about 2 or 3 months when I noticed the balding again! I went right back to this product and am seeing improvement again at about the 6-week mark. When will I learn, if it ain't broke, don't fix it! This has an EWG ranking of 1 ... pretty good!

They make me sneeze, which is annoying, but they work really well. Only once in a blue moon do I have to take more than one.

Coffee is another area where they can't decide if it's good or bad. I made the jump over to chicory (a coffee substitute) after full-caf coffee started giving me indigestion from the acidity. I had used decaf for a long time (I can't HANDLE the caffeine) until I heard they don't even allow the chemical used for decaffeinating coffee/tea in Europe, because it's that bad for you! This isn't coffee. It doesn't taste like coffee. But it does taste like coffee's cousin. I drink it the same way as I did coffee. I switched to this instant version after trying a couple of mushroom coffees (to no avail) that used the instant coffee in their product. It's easier than using grounds. I add the chicory along with my collagen into a mug with some milk and ChocZero flavor, then set the Keurig to add water. Blend with a $2 handheld mixer and voila! Chicory, an naturally decaf herb, is the "coffee" of Louisiana.

This is the 10x10' model that most art/crafts organizers mandate. It has plenty of head room.

Long enough to through over the wall from my living room into the family room where my cable box is located. Then I just roll it back up when not recording. Not loss of signal, no freezing (at least on my end). You'll probably need an adaptor for that too.
